  • Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay, including name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If identity authentication is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • Guests will have access to two 2-car garages, with additional street parking available in the surrounding area for extra vehicles.

  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • Guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet policy: The listing states a maximum of 4 pets under 35lbs each with a $100 fee per pet required. However, the property data allows up to 99 pets. Please confirm the actual pet policy prior to booking.
